1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the products, services, and digital content provided by Model Mastery, operated by Oscar Crook ("we", "us", "our") through the website modelmastery.com and associated platforms.

By accessing our website, submitting an application, or purchasing any product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services or make a purchase. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and are not prohibited from receiving our services under the laws of your jurisdiction.

3. Products & Services

Model Mastery offers digital coaching and mentorship services across multiple tiers. Each tier provides varying levels of access to digital course materials, community platforms, coaching calls, standard operating procedures, and support resources.

The specific deliverables, features, and access included in each tier are communicated during the sales process and upon enrolment. We reserve the right to modify, update, or improve the content and structure of our programmes at any time to ensure quality and relevance.

Our products are strictly educational in nature. We provide knowledge, systems, and frameworks based on real business experience. We do not guarantee any specific financial outcome, result, or level of success.

4. AI Content & Third Party Platforms

Model Mastery teaches methods that may involve the use of artificial intelligence tools and third party platforms including but not limited to Fanvue, Instagram, TikTok, and similar services.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of any AI tools, software, or platforms complies with those platforms' own terms of service, community guidelines, and applicable laws
• Model Mastery accepts no liability whatsoever for any account suspension, termination, ban, or financial loss resulting from your use of third party platforms
• The legality of digital content creation and sales varies by jurisdiction and you are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws of your own country or region
• Model Mastery does not control, operate, or have any affiliation with Fanvue Ltd, Meta Platforms Inc., TikTok, or any other third party platform referenced in our materials

5. Application & Enrolment

Submitting an application does not guarantee enrolment. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application at our sole discretion without providing a reason. If accepted, you will be invited to a call to discuss the programme and determine the appropriate tier.

6. Payment

All payments are processed through Whop and/or Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to the payment terms presented at the time of checkout, including the total price, any applicable payment plan, and billing schedule.

If you are on a payment plan, you are liable for the full programme fee regardless of whether you continue to use the service or access the materials. Failure to make scheduled payments may result in immediate suspension of access and referral to a collections process.

7. Refund Policy — All Sales Final

Due to the nature of our products, which provide immediate access to digital content, courses, and community platforms upon purchase, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• Digital content and services are made available to you immediately upon purchase
• You expressly waive your 14-day statutory cancellation right by requesting and receiving immediate access to digital content
• Once access is granted, no refund, partial refund, credit, or transfer will be provided under any circumstances
• This waiver is made knowingly and voluntarily

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

Before initiating any dispute with your bank or payment provider, you must contact us directly at support@modelmastery.com and allow a minimum of 7 business days for resolution.

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us and allowing reasonable time for resolution, you agree to pay an administrative fee of £500 to cover the costs of dispute management, evidence compilation, and processing. This fee is in addition to the original purchase amount and may be pursued through the courts of England and Wales.

9. Earnings Disclaimer & Results

Model Mastery provides educational content and mentorship based on real business experience. However:

• We do not guarantee that you will achieve any specific income, revenue, or business result
• All student results, revenue screenshots, income figures, dashboard images, and testimonials displayed on our website or in our materials are verified to the best of our ability at the time of publication but are not independently audited or verified by any third party
• Results shown reflect a specific point in time and do not account for subsequent changes in income, platform performance, or business activity
• Individuals featured achieved their results under their own specific circumstances including varying levels of prior experience, time commitment, and personal dedication
• These results are shared for illustrative and motivational purposes only and are not a guarantee, promise, or prediction of what you will achieve
• Oscar Crook's personal results reflect three years of active operation and significant reinvestment into systems, tools, and infrastructure and are not representative of what a new student should expect
• Any financial figures shown on this website or in our materials do not constitute financial advice
• By viewing our website or purchasing our services you acknowledge that any financial figures shown are for informational purposes only and you accept full personal responsibility for any decisions made based on this information

10. Intellectual Property

All content provided as part of Model Mastery programmes — including but not limited to course materials, video content, written guides, standard operating procedures, scripts, templates, frameworks, community posts, and call recordings — is the exclusive intellectual property of Model Mastery and Oscar Crook.

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use this content solely for your own personal and business use in connection with the programme.

You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, or duplicate any content
• Share, distribute, or make content available to any third party
• Resell, sublicence, or commercially exploit any content
• Record, screenshot, or capture calls, live sessions, or video content unless expressly permitted in writing
• Use any content to create competing products, services, or programmes

Violation of these intellectual property terms may result in immediate termination of access without refund and legal action being pursued to the fullest extent of the law.

11. User Conduct

As a member of Model Mastery, you agree to:

• Treat all members, staff, and Oscar Crook with respect at all times
• Not share login credentials or grant access to non-members
• Not spam, harass, or engage in disruptive behaviour on any community platform
• Not misrepresent your results, experience, or affiliation with Model Mastery
• Not make false or defamatory statements about Model Mastery, Oscar Crook, or any student or member
• Comply with the rules and guidelines of all platforms used including Discord, Skool, and Whop

We reserve the right to remove or restrict access for any member who violates these conduct standards, at our sole discretion, without refund.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Model Mastery and Oscar Crook shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of our services
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim
• We are not liable for any loss of profits, business opportunities, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings
• We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use third party platforms, AI tools, or software recommended or discussed in our programme
• We are not liable for any regulatory, legal, or platform action taken against you as a result of your business activities

13. Indemnification

You agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless Model Mastery, Oscar Crook, and their affiliates, employees, contractors, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your breach of any of these Terms
• Your misuse of our services or content
• Your violation of any third party rights
• Any claim brought against Model Mastery arising from your own business activities
• Your use of AI tools, third party platforms, or any content you create using methods taught in our programme

14. Defamation & Reputation

You agree not to make any false, misleading, or defamatory statements about Model Mastery, Oscar Crook, or any associated individuals in any public forum, social media platform, review site, or any other medium. Any such statements may result in legal action being taken without further notice.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Earnings Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Model Mastery and supersede any prior representations, discussions, or agreements.

18. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
